Outlook Templates Not Opening
The issue was caused by add-ins that Adobe Pro installed in outlook called Acrobat PDFMaker Office Com Add-in, and Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat. Once the two were unchecked in the add-ins that templates opened fine.
To get to Outlooks add-ins open outlook and navigate to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage Com Add-ins and select Go.
Once open select Acrobat PDFMaker Office Com Add-in, and Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat check boxes and hit OK.
After ope the template to make sure it is usable.
