2-factor authentication on IOS Devices
We have had several issues with people enabling 2-factor authentication on the County issued iPhones and iPads. This has been and ongoing issue and the only way to truly resolve it is to re-provision all the devices with different apple ids.
That said we have enabled 2-factor on the IOS devices and added our on-call phone as the trusted device.
In order to get passed any prompts the come up you will now need to enter a 6-digit code. You can get the code by contacting IT who can retrieve the code from our device.
