Configure Scanner settings For Clericus and netDMS(workflow) From NetDMS
This must be performed for each user scanning on a computer

From the Desktop make sure that the new version of nDMS64 User Console is installed

If it is not installed Reboot the computer and allow the startup script to run. If it is still not working you can navigate to “Z:\APPLICATIONS\!Courts Apps\!64bitNETDMS\Workstations” and install manually.

Double click icon to launch nDMS64 User Console. At the login screen, you should see “Divebomb” in the server field.
- if the connection for “Divebomb already exists you can skip to step 3.
- If you do not see “Divebomb” click the "..." and then click "New"

Fill out the connection information

Click “OK"
- Click "Done"
- Use the "staff" account and login

3. After you have configured the connection to “Divebomb” or if the connection is already there.
- Log in with the Staff account
- Double click “CLERICUS_WORKFLOW” on the left side followed by “BATCHSCAN2”
- If there is not an existing "work item" in the field, click "Create WI"
- Click the second to last drop down in the toolbar (Note: this may be exposed already on widescreen displays) and then click capture then scan.
- Now close the “Scan Simulator” Window
- Click “tools” then “options”

Click input then click the "..." to select the scanner.
- Click the “camera” icon

Ensure that settings are as follows

Scan a document. You do not have to save the scanned document, but you do have to scan it to save the settings.
